Care Instructions: Hand wash inside out in cold water and hang to dry. It is important to follow these instructions for longevity of your piece.
Bust: Measure around the shoulder blades, under the armpits and over the fullest part of the bust. Waist: Find your natural waistline and measure. Hip: Measure the fullest part of the hip (usually over your butt).
Arm Sleeves: Material does stretch so keep that in mind.
We offer free exchanges for all U.S. orders. Returns can be processed for store credit but no refunds will be given.

In order for any of the two options to be processed, product(s) must be in new condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached. If these are missing an additional restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Exchanges from outside the U.S. are not currently available through our automated system. You will need to ship the items back on your own to recieve a store credit:

Preorder items can take 1-3 weeks to ship. The size will be marked as "Pre-Order" if the item is preorder.

*no shipping times are guaranteed. Due to supply chain disruptions shipping carriers are forecasting major delays in the coming weeks and months. Order now to reduce your risk of not getting items in time for your event. We will do everything we can to process orders quickly. However, the carriers shipping time is beyond our control.
We use USPS as our mail carrier. We also ship worldwide.
The shipping rate is based on the weight of your products and your location. The rate is calculated by USPS.
You will be given a tracking number by email once an order is shipped. The order confirmation email will contain all relevant information regarding package tracking. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please notify us.
Note: From time to time, carriers fail to scan items when shipped. We will do our best to determine where your package is, however, once an order leaves our warehouse, we only have access to the tracking number. We cannot intercept shipments on your behalf.
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will send you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Shipping Transit Times
Delivery time varies by shipping method. The only shipping method that comes with a guaranteed time is express shipping. First-class and Priority Mail are estimated transit times and may take longer to be delivered. This is USPS policy, not FRW.
Insurance and Liability
Once a package is scanned by USPS, we are not responsible for where your parcel ends up.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.
We HIGHLY recommend insuring every package with Route Shipping Insurance. Route Insurance can be purchased at the checkout, and the cost varies with the value of your order. Route Insurance will send you an email after you place an order with instructions on how to file a claim if a package is missing, lost, or stolen.
**Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.**
International Orders & Customs
Purchasing shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended for international orders. We will not be responsible for international customs duties, fees, or lost packages. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office for more information. If an international order has not been scanned delivered after 30 days from the original order date, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf if you purchases insurance.
