Shipping Policy
Processing
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If your order doesn’t ship within 24 hours, it will ship the following business day. Tracking updates can take a few days to update, but customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order is shipped.
Preorder Items: Preorder items can take 1-3 weeks to ship. The size will be marked as “Pre-Order” if the item is a preorder.
Made to Order Items: Made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days to ship. These items will be labeled “Made to Order” in the product description. For any questions, contact support@freedomravewear.com.

Festival Order Deadlines (Excludes Pre-Order Items)
• First Class: 9 days before the event
• Priority: 8 days before the event
• Express: 4 days before the event
Note: No shipping times are guaranteed. Due to supply chain disruptions, shipping carriers are forecasting major delays. Order now to reduce the risk of not receiving items in time. We will process orders quickly, but carrier shipping times are beyond our control.
Pick Up in Store
Choosing in-store pickup is a great way to get your items faster. We offer in-store pickup Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. Please email support if you have any questions.
Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx as our mail carriers, and we ship worldwide.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your products and your location, calculated by the carrier you select.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. The order confirmation email will contain all relevant tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please notify us.
Note: Carriers sometimes fail to scan items when shipped. We will do our best to locate your package, but once an order leaves our warehouse, we only have access to the tracking number. We cannot intercept shipments on your behalf.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit and ship the rest of your order. If you prefer a refund for the out-of-stock item, please email support@freedomravewear.com.
Shipping Transit Times
Delivery times vary by shipping method. Only express shipping comes with a guaranteed delivery time. First-class and Priority Mail transit times are estimated and may take longer. This is carrier policy, not FRW.
Insurance and Liability
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for its location.
REDO Shipping Protection and Returns
We partner with REDO for shipping protection and unlimited returns. By opting in at checkout, your order is protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order is lost or damaged, you can easily file a claim with REDO for a replacement or full reimbursement.

International Orders & Customs
We HIGHLY recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international orders. We are not responsible for international customs duties, fees, or lost packages. Customs policies vary, so check with your local customs office for more information. If an international order is not scanned as delivered within 30 days from the original order date, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf if you purchased insurance.
