Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your Freedom Rave Wear gear. If something doesn't fit quite right or isn't what you expected, no stress—our 45-day return window gives you plenty of time to swap for a different size, try another style, or grab store credit for your next festival outfit.

Quick note: If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, it may be covered under our Lifetime Warranty—check that page first before starting a return.


1 Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 45 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygienic liners intact (where applicable), and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Your order confirmation or receipt is required.

Final-sale items, gift cards, customized products, and hazardous goods are non-returnable.


2 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal (linked in the site footer).

  2. Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

  3. Choose Exchange (our recommendation if you want to try a different size or style) or Store Credit.

  4. Generate your prepaid return label and follow the packing instructions shown on screen.

Important: Packages sent back without first creating a return request through the portal will be rejected and returned to you.


3 Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Store Credit: Issued as a digital gift card within 72 hours of your return being marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Your credit never expires, so use it whenever you're ready.

  • Instant Exchange: Select your replacement item in the portal and we'll ship it as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier. If we don't receive your return within 15 days, the value of the exchanged item will be charged to your original payment method.

We do not offer direct refunds to your original payment method except in the limited cases described below.


4 Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, email support@freedomravewear.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Attach clear photos and a quick description of the issue.

  • If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method (processed within 3–5 business days after we inspect the item).

Remember: quality issues may also be covered under our Lifetime Warranty.


5 European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the EU may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To exercise this right:

  1. Email support@freedomravewear.com with your order number and a statement that you're withdrawing from the purchase.

  2. Return the item(s) in new condition within 14 days of sending your notice.

  3. We will issue store credit equal to the purchase price (shipping charges excluded) once we receive your return. Refunds to the original payment method are only provided for defective items per section 4 above.


6 Return Shipping Costs

Returns and exchanges are free for customers in the United States and Canada. FRW provides a prepaid label at no cost for these destinations.

  • U.S. & Canada: Print the prepaid USPS, UPS, or FedEx label generated in the returns portal and drop your package at any carrier location—easy.

  • All other countries: You're responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
