We want you to absolutely _love_ your Freedom Rave Wear gear. If something doesn't fit quite right or isn't what you expected, no stress — our **45-day return window** gives you plenty of time to return for store credit and try something new. **Quick note:** If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, it may be covered under our [**Lifetime Warranty**](https://freedomravewear.com/pages/lifetime-warranty)—check that page first before starting a return. * * * ## 1 Eligibility - **Timeframe:** Return requests must be submitted within **45 days of delivery** (based on tracking confirmation). - **Condition:** Items must be **unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygienic liners intact** (where applicable), and in their original packaging. - **Proof of Purchase:** Your order confirmation or receipt is required. > _Final-sale items, gift cards, customized products, and hazardous goods are **non-returnable**._ * * * ## 2 How to Start a Return 1. Visit our **Returns Portal** (linked in the site footer). 2. Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. 3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and your reason. 4. **US orders:** A prepaid USPS Ground Advantage return label will be emailed to you. A **$6.99 label fee** is deducted from your store credit. 5. **International orders:** Ship items back to our warehouse at your own expense using a trackable service. **Important:** Packages sent back without first creating a return request through the portal will be rejected and returned to you. * * * ## 3 Store Credit - Store credit is issued as a digital gift card **within 72 hours** of your return being marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Your credit never expires, so use it whenever you're ready. - **Want a different size or color?** Use your store credit to place a new order! - We **do not** offer exchanges or direct refunds to your original payment method except in the limited cases described below. * * * ## 4 Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives **defective, damaged, or wrong**, email [**support@freedomravewear.com**](mailto:support@freedomravewear.com) within **7 days of delivery**. - Attach clear photos and a quick description of the issue. - If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label **at no cost** and offer either a replacement, store credit, or a **refund to your original payment method** (processed within **3–5 business days** after we inspect the item). Return the item(s) in new condition within 14 days of sending your notice. 3.
