PLEASE READ: Our Carebare stare pasties are made from much thicker material. While they look fabulous they are not as forming to the body as fabric pasties. They are stiffer and are more for intimate moments than party party party!!! I've worn them in the ocean and hey haven't let me down :)

- Bicep: Flex your bicep to find the peak, then wrap a tape snugly around the thickest part.
- Waist: Bend to find the natural crease, then wrap tape parallel to the floor around the narrowest part.
- Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of hips and buttocks, ensuring level.
