Ordering

How do I place an order?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Maybe! If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can help. Contact our team ASAP with your order number. Once your piece is being handcrafted in our California microfactory, we can't stop the magic — but we'll do our best to work with you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Select Shop Pay or Afterpay at checkout to split your purchase into interest-free installments. Festival budgeting made easy.

Sizing & Fit

How do Freedom Rave Wear sizes run?

Most of our pieces run true to size, but some styles (especially bodysuits and harnesses) can run slightly small due to their fitted design. Check individual product pages for specific fit notes, and always reference our detailed size chart before ordering. We offer XS to 2X inclusive sizing because everyone deserves to shine.

What if my outfit doesn't fit?

No stress! We offer free exchanges or returns for store credit. Just make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days. See our Returns & Exchanges section below for the full process.

Can I get custom sizing?

Not at the moment, but our designs are crafted with stretch and adjustability in mind. If you're between sizes or have questions about rave outfit sizing, reach out — we're here to help you find your perfect fit.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces (the ones handcrafted just for you in our solar-powered San Diego microfactory) take 7-10 business days to produce before shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive 3-7 business days after shipment; international orders take 7-21 days depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide because the rave fam is global. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. Shipping times vary by country, but tracking is included with every order.

What if my order is taking longer than expected?

First, check your order confirmation for production timelines (especially if it's made-to-order). If something seems off, hit us up with your order number and we'll investigate. We've served 140K+ ravers since 2014 — we've got your back.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We offer free exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. You're responsible for return shipping costs, but exchanges are totally free.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact our team with your order number and what you'd like to exchange or return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive your return, we'll process your exchange or store credit within 3-5 business days.

Are sale items returnable?

Yes! All items — including sale pieces — are eligible for exchange or store credit returns within 30 days. The only exception is final sale items clearly marked at checkout.

Product Care

How do I wash my rave wear?

To keep your festival clothing looking fresh for years of shows, hand wash cold or machine wash on delicate in a mesh bag. Hang dry only — never put sequins, holographics, or mesh in the dryer. For detailed instructions by fabric type, check our complete care guide.

Will my outfit's colors fade?

Not if you treat it right! Cold water, gentle detergent, and hang drying preserve those vibrant hues. Our pieces are made from high-quality 85% recycled PET polyester that's built to last festival after festival.

How should I store my rave gear between festivals?

Hang or fold pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in plastic bags — fabrics need to breathe. Keep holographic and reflective pieces separate to prevent scratching.

Where are Freedom Rave Wear products made?

Right here in San Diego, California! Many of our pieces are handcrafted in our solar-powered microfactory using AI-driven precision manufacturing. We also partner with select ethical manufacturers for specific styles, but quality control always happens in-house.

Are your products UV/blacklight reactive?

Many are! Products with UV-reactive properties are clearly marked on their product pages. Look for neon colors, white fabrics, and specific materials that glow under blacklights. If you're not sure, just ask.

Is Freedom Rave Wear sustainable?

What materials do you use?

Mostly recycled polyester blends, spandex, mesh, and holographic fabrics designed for movement and durability. Every product page lists exact material breakdowns so you know exactly what you're getting.

Warranty

Do you really offer a lifetime warranty?

We really do! Every Freedom Rave Wear product is backed by our legendary lifetime warranty. If something breaks, tears, or fails due to craftsmanship issues (not normal wear and tear or festival mishaps), we'll repair or replace it. Because we stand behind what we make.

How do I claim my warranty?

Easy. Contact us with photos of the issue and your original order number. We'll assess the damage and let you know next steps. Most warranty claims are resolved within 7-10 business days.

Does the warranty cover everything?

It covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues — stitching coming undone, hardware breaking, fabric tears from construction flaws. It doesn't cover damage from normal wear, improper care, or that time you climbed a fence in your bodysuit (we've all been there). Check the full policy for details.
