Bicep: Flex your bicep to find the peak, then wrap a tape snugly around the thickest part.
Waist: Bend to find the natural crease, then wrap tape parallel to the floor around the narrowest part.
Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of hips and buttocks, ensuring level.
Thigh: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, wrap tape snugly around the thickest part of thigh.
