- Bicep: Flex your bicep to find the peak, then wrap a tape snugly around the thickest part.
- Waist: Bend to find the natural crease, then wrap tape parallel to the floor around the narrowest part.
- Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of hips and buttocks, ensuring level.
- Thigh: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, wrap tape snugly around the thickest part of thigh.

I was really looking forward to getting this shirt because I have the same teaser top in a different design and I love it! This black fabric was sheer and the stitching was honestly horrible. It’s itchy so not ideal to wear when you’re dancing :/ overall it felt like a cheap shirt..
