- Bust: Wear a non-padded bra and measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level under arms and across back.
- Bicep: Flex your bicep to find the peak, then wrap a tape snugly around the thickest part.
- Waist: Bend to find the natural crease, then wrap tape parallel to the floor around the narrowest part.
- Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of hips and buttocks, ensuring level.
- Thigh: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, wrap tape snugly around the thickest part of thigh.

- Body Length: Measured from the neck to the middle point of the longer edge at the back. Tells you how long the jersey falls on your torso.

I love all my things from FRW always. I will say that I don’t feel like it’s as flattering on me as it is on others. But we are our own worst critic. The only thing, I wish the material was thicker Like the bell sleeve body suits. But I love this piece!

The texture of the fabric is BEYOND soft. So cozy. I wasn’t sure how it was going to fit in the crotch area but it stays so well. And on the side boob. No spillage here.
