- Bicep: Flex your bicep to find the peak, then wrap a tape snugly around the thickest part.
- Waist: Bend to find the natural crease, then wrap tape parallel to the floor around the narrowest part.
- Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of hips and buttocks, ensuring level.
- Thigh: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, wrap tape snugly around the thickest part of thigh.

(Couldn’t find the pink version of this bodysuit so leaving my review here) I am a 34DD and usually have to be very careful when ordering stuff, I got the MEDIUM size and it was PERFECT! I am a headbanger so I was all over the place and had no nipslip!! The material is super comfortable and doesn’t get you hot.
