Shipping policy

Please be considerate of processing times in addition to shipping times. Orders can take up to 3 days to process before they are shipped. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates unless the service is Priority Mail Express. If you are on a tight deadline always choose Express as it is the safest option. Do not wait until last minute to order items and expect it to show up. Email support@freedomravewear.com if you need something rushed or have any questions about your estimated delivery date.

Most orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

Made to order & Never Lost Swim items may take up to 7 business days or longer to ship. For any questions about your made to order items contact support@freedomravewear.com. You can also email support questions you have about shipping times before you place an order.

We use USPS as our mail carrier. We also ship worldwide.

The shipping rate is based on the weight of your products and your location.

Order Tracking

You will be given a tracking number by email once an order is shipped. The order confirmation email will contain all relevant information regarding package tracking. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please notify us.

Note: From time to time, carriers fail to scan items when shipped. We will do our best to determine where your package is, however, once an order leaves our warehouse, we only have access to the tracking number. We cannot intercept shipments on your behalf.

Delivery time varies by shipping method. The only shipping method that comes with a guaranteed time is express shipping. First-class and Priority Mail are estimated transit times and may take longer to be delivered. This is USPS policy, not FRW.

Shipping Insurance

Freedom Rave Wear is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. 

We HIGHLY recommend insuring every package with Route Shipping Insurance. Route Insurance can be purchased at the checkout, and the cost varies with the value of your order. Route Insurance will send you an email after you place an order with instructions on how to file a claim if a package is missing, lost, or stolen.

**Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.**

We will do anything in our power to help you locate missing packages. We aren't responsible for packages lost by carriers which is why we recommend adding shipping insurance. But we will still do what we can to help you locate a missing package.

If it has been less than 30 days, just start a return and we will get it repaired or replaced free of charge. If something happens after the initial 30 days, shoot us an email with a photo and description to support@freedomravewear.com and we will let you know the best route to take. Depending on the issue, we may have you send the item back or we will ship you a new one. Satisfaction guaranteed.
