Have you listened to Kaskades LA Convention Center Set?

Kaskade is one of the few great homegrown, American DJs of our time, relying on mesmerizing beats and powerful lyrics to create an addicting sound that has rightfully earned him veteran status in the EDM world. But, more than the music, it seems to be Kaskade’s genuine fan connection that draws people in so close.

Though more than 20,000 people flocked to his Los Angeles Convention Center show early last month, someone he made the room feel so small. His set opened with a montage of footage chronicling his long journey to stardom, giving all the credit for his success to small venues and big fans. In the days of 1-hour sets, Kaskade took the stage for almost 2 and a half hours and blew all of our minds — from classics likeEyes, to songs off his latest album,Automatic, to a couple mashups made specifically for that night.

And of course, Kaskade in true Kaskade form was cool enough to share the recorded set with the set list, so we can relive the magic over and over again. I’ve listen it about a dozen times since then and I don’t think it will ever get old. I highly recommend taking some time to listen to the whole set, but if you’ve only got a few minutes these highlights will rock your world:
