Common Questions
Do points expire?
Points expire 12 months after earning. We send reminders at 30 days and 7 days before expiration so you never lose them by surprise.
How do I redeem?
When you have 100+ points ($5+ value), a redemption slider appears on the cart page. Choose how many points to apply, and we generate a one-time discount code for checkout.
Can I combine Glow with other discounts?
Glow discounts can be used with shipping promotions but not with other order-level promo codes. One discount per order keeps things simple.
What happens if I return something?
Points earned from a returned item are automatically removed. If you used Glow points on that order, they're restored to your balance.
Is there a cost to join?
