Cancellation policy

We get it—plans change, festivals get rescheduled, and life happens. Whether you've signed up for a subscription or reserved an item via pre-order, we want you to have full control over your purchase. Here's how it all works.


1 Subscriptions

1.1 How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe, you'll receive automatic deliveries based on the frequency and duration you choose at checkout—monthly, quarterly, or annual. Your payment method is stored securely by our PCI-compliant processor (we never see or store your raw card details), so each renewal is seamless.

1.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Pay-As-You-Go: Your card is charged 48 hours before each shipment goes out.

  • Prepaid Terms: Some plans let you prepay for a set number of deliveries at a discount.

  • Auto-Renew: Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price.

You'll receive a friendly email reminder 5 days before each renewal charge, so there are no surprises.

1.3 How to Pause, Change, or Cancel

You can pause, skip a shipment, change your frequency, or cancel anytime before the next billing date. Two easy ways to do it:

  1. Click the Manage Subscription link in your order-confirmation or renewal emails.

  2. Email us at support@freedomravewear.com with your order number.

Changes take effect immediately for future billings. Keep in mind that prepaid plans are non-refundable after the first shipment has dispatched.


2 Pre-Orders

2.1 What Is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders let you reserve an out-of-stock or soon-to-launch item before it hits our warehouse. The estimated ship window is shown on the product page when you place your order.

2.2 Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment: The full purchase price is charged at checkout to secure your spot in the production queue.

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel a pre-order anytime before the order status changes to "Fulfilled." Once the item ships, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

If production delays push us beyond the original shipping timeline shown at checkout, we'll notify you right away and offer the option to cancel for a full refund. No hard feelings.


3 Made-to-Order Items

Most FRW pieces are handcrafted just for you in our solar-powered San Diego microfactory. Made-to-order items take 7–10 business days to produce before they ship.

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it—just email us at support@freedomravewear.com with your order number.

  • After Production Starts: Once we've begun crafting your piece (typically within 24–48 hours), we can't cancel or change the order. But don't worry—our lifetime warranty and standard return policy still have you covered if something doesn't feel right.
