Cancellation policy

Certain products on Freedom Rave Wear (FRW) may be offered as Subscriptions or Pre‑Orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases before they are processed or renewed.

1  Subscriptions

1.1  How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive automatic, repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annual). Your payment method is stored securely by our PCI‑compliant processor (we never see or store raw card details).

1.2  Billing & Auto‑Renewal

  • Pay‑As‑You‑Go: Your card is charged 48 hours before each shipment.

  • Prepaid Terms: Some plans allow you to prepay for a set number of deliveries at a discount.

  • Auto‑Renew: Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically at the then‑current price.

You will receive an email reminder 5 days before each renewal charge.

1.3  How to Pause, Change, or Cancel

You may pause, skip, change the frequency, or cancel at any time before the next billing date via either of these methods:

  1. Manage Subscription link in your order‑confirmation or renewal emails.

  2. Email support@freedomravewear.com with your order number.

Changes take effect immediately for future billings. Prepaid plans are non‑refundable after the first shipment has dispatched.

2  Pre‑Orders

2.1  What Is a Pre‑Order?

Pre‑orders reserve an out‑of‑stock or soon‑to‑launch item before it reaches our warehouse. The estimated ship window is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

2.2  Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment: The full purchase price is charged at checkout to secure your item in the production queue.

You may cancel a pre‑order at any time before the order status changes to “Fulfilled.” Once the item ships, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

If production delays exceed the original shipping timeline shown on the product page at checkout, we’ll notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
