Our Return Policy

45-Day Return Window

You have 45 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return labels for customers in the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Swap for a different size or style, or receive store credit to use on a future order. Store credit never expires.

Defective Items

Received a defective item? Contact us within 7 days at support@freedomravewear.com with photos and we will make it right.

What items are final sale?

Final-sale items, customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are marked as final sale on the product page.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange ships or store credit is issued.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 45 days unless marked as final sale.
