Domestic Returns

To start a return for an exchange or store credit, click here.

We offer free exchanges for all U.S. orders. Returns can be processed for store credit only. No refunds will be given.

Options

•Exchanges: Free exchanges for all U.S. orders.

•Store Credits: Issued via email.

Both options are available within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility

To process either option, products must be in new condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached. If these are missing, an additional restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

International Orders

Exchanges from outside the U.S. are not currently available through our automated system. You will need to ship the items back on your own to receive store credit. Send returns to:
