How points work
The fine print, in plain English.
Ask Aura about my pointsBalance, tiers, what you can spendWhat’s a point worth?
1 point = $0.05. 100 points = $5 off, and you can spend your whole balance in one go. Cart minimum $5, and a redemption can’t be worth more than your cart.
How do I use them?
Apply points in your cart with the Glow slider. There’s no coupon code to copy, the discount carries straight through to checkout.
When do points show up?
Points post when your order ships, not when it’s placed.
What if I return something?
Returns claw back any points earned on the returned items.
Do they expire?
Points expire 12 months after last activity (any order, redemption, or review keeps them alive).
Can I use them with Style Pass?
Yes. Style Pass members earn one more X on every piece and can spend points on any order.
What can I spend them on?
Points work on any product, sale items included. They can’t buy a Style Pass or a gift card.

Your next look.
Your story to tell.
Already part of the FRW fam? Apply for a gifted look and share the moments you make in it. You need three qualifying paid orders to apply. Eligibility does not guarantee a gifted look.
Glow Rewards is your points program. Glow Creators is a separate, reviewed collaboration. Applying does not spend your points. Your application video stays private until acceptance and the signed agreement takes effect.
