SMS Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

Freedom Rave Wear, Inc. ("FRW," "we," "us") operates an SMS marketing program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

FRW's SMS program sends recurring automated marketing text messages, including new product drops, limited-edition releases, festival-tied promotions, exclusive subscriber discounts, and abandoned cart reminders, to the mobile number you provide.

2. Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website opt-in form, texting our keyword, or otherwise enrolling, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from FRW at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. FRW is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing texts unless you re-enroll.

6. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@freedomravewear.com.

7. Supported Carriers

The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full data practices.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder (or have authorization from the account holder) of the mobile number you provide.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
