Back-ordered items ship automatically as soon as they’re back, no action needed. International orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. Make sure your address is correct at checkout: re-ships caused by an incorrect address are billed to you.
Add Onward package protection at checkout for 6% back as store credit if anything goes wrong in transit, plus a small carbon offset on every order.
Returns & exchanges
45-day return window for unworn pieces in original condition. Final-sale and customized items (custom combos) aren’t eligible. Returns are store credit only, started via our returns portal. A $6.99 return label fee is deducted from US store credit (waived for defective or damaged items); international customers ship back at their own expense.

So, not gonna lie, I have a bit of trouble tying this in a cute manner but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. I had a bit of trouble with it riding up under my boobs while wearing it around (though I have not worn it to an event yet.) I am excited to have the full set with the mask and bottoms, so I will likely keep it and recruit someone to help me tie it a bit better. The scooped V is super flattering on my chest!
