Shipping
In-stock pieces ship within 24 hours when ordered Sunday 2pm to Friday 8am PT (next business day otherwise). Standard transit is 3-5 days in the US. Expedited and express options at checkout.
Back-ordered items ship automatically as soon as they’re back, no action needed. International orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. Make sure your address is correct at checkout: re-ships caused by an incorrect address are billed to you.
Add Onward package protection at checkout for 6% back as store credit if anything goes wrong in transit, plus a small carbon offset on every order.
Returns & exchanges
45-day return window for unworn pieces in original condition. Final-sale and customized items (custom combos) aren’t eligible. Returns are store credit only, started via our returns portal. A $6.99 return label fee is deducted from US store credit (waived for defective or damaged items); international customers ship back at their own expense.
Got a defect? Email support@freedomravewear.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right under the Freedom Guarantee.

- Hand-wash cold or machine wash cold on delicate, garment bag recommended.
- Hang to dry. Never tumble dry. Heat kills holographic + metallic finishes.
- Store flat or hung. Don’t fold sequins or rhinestones.
- Hardware (chains, rings, hooks): wipe with a dry cloth after sweaty events.

I had some tricky maneuvering of products/shipping with exchanges and multiple orders and they took care of me no problem- never making mistakes on any of the details and got my order to me well before my fest date which was fast approaching! Seriously awesome customer service. I also got the Passionfruit teaser top & matching high waisted bottoms and some other accessories! Looked so awesome! I love the styles that come out of this shop and will definitely come again. I didn't actually end up using the pasties but I gave them to this gal at the fest and she loved them! :)
