Back-ordered items ship automatically as soon as they’re back, no action needed. International orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. Make sure your address is correct at checkout: re-ships caused by an incorrect address are billed to you.

45-day return window for unworn pieces in original condition. Final-sale and customized items (custom combos and mystery items) aren’t eligible. • Hardware (chains, rings, hooks): wipe with a dry cloth after sweaty events.
