In-stock pieces ship within 24 hours when ordered Sunday 2pm to Friday 8am PT (next business day otherwise). Standard transit is 3-5 days in the US. Expedited and express options at checkout.

Back-ordered items ship automatically as soon as they’re back, no action needed. International orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. Make sure your address is correct at checkout: re-ships caused by an incorrect address are billed to you.

45-day return window for unworn pieces in original condition. Final-sale and customized items (custom combos and mystery items) aren’t eligible.
