Shipping
Made-to-order. We start cutting as soon as you check out. Production usually takes 5 to 7 business days, then 3-5 in transit. Ordering for a festival? Check the arrival estimate above for the safe-by date.
Back-ordered items ship automatically as soon as they’re back, no action needed. International orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. Make sure your address is correct at checkout: re-ships caused by an incorrect address are billed to you.
Add Onward package protection at checkout for 6% back as store credit if anything goes wrong in transit, plus a small carbon offset on every order.
Returns & exchanges
45-day return window for unworn pieces in original condition. Final-sale and customized items (custom combos) aren’t eligible. Returns are store credit only, started via our returns portal. A $6.99 return label fee is deducted from US store credit (waived for defective or damaged items); international customers ship back at their own expense.
