SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Freedom Rave Wear text message marketing program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. They work alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The program
Freedom Rave Wear operates the Program to send you promotional and transactional text messages: new drops, restocks, sale alerts, festival guides, and order updates. Messages are sent from our toll-free number +1 (866) 541-2386 through our messaging provider, Twilio. The Program is offered to mobile subscribers in the United States.
Consent and opt-in
When you provide your mobile number and opt in (through a signup form, at checkout, by texting a keyword to +1 (866) 541-2386, or by checking a consent box), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Freedom Rave Wear at the number you provided, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the number, and that the number you gave us is your own.
Message frequency
You may receive recurring automated marketing messages. Message frequency varies based on your activity, current promotions, and drops.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Freedom Rave Wear does not charge you for the messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan and any charges.
How to opt out
You can cancel the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us, or text STOP to +1 (866) 541-2386. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive marketing messages from us unless you re-enroll. If you want to rejoin later, just sign up again the same way you did the first time.

Supported carriers and carrier liability
The Program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carrier support may change, and coverage is not guaranteed in all areas. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside of our control.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell your mobile number, and mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and the data we collect through the Program are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enroll in the Program. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
