Refund policy
## Returns
We accept returns on most items for store credit within 45 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

### What you'll receive
- Store credit issued as a digital gift card that never expires
- Cash refunds are not offered (except for defective items — see below)
- Store credit is issued within 2 business days of our warehouse receiving your return
### Return shipping
- US customers: FREE prepaid USPS Ground Advantage label, emailed to you when your return is approved
- A $6.99 return label fee is deducted from your store credit
- International customers: ship at your own expense to Freedom Rave Wear, 1280 Activity Dr., Suite A, Vista, CA 92081, United States
### Not eligible for return
- Final sale items
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original tags
- Custom orders
## Exchanges
US customers can exchange items within the same 45-day window. Start at the [returns portal](https://returns.freedomravewear.com).
### How exchanges work
- Swap to any other size or color of the same product, OR a different product entirely
- We'll ship your replacement in 1-2 business days after we approve the exchange
- $6.99 return label fee applies (waived for defects — see below)
### Price differences
- If your replacement costs MORE than your original item: you pay the difference at checkout when you submit the exchange
- If your replacement costs LESS than your original item: you receive the difference as store credit once we receive your original
### Out of stock
If your desired replacement is out of stock when you submit, you'll receive store credit for your original and we'll sign you up for back-in-stock alerts so you'll be the first to know when the item is restocked.
### Returning the original
You must ship your original item back within 21 days of receiving your replacement. Failure to return the original may result in restrictions on future exchanges.
## Defective or damaged items
If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage:
- Start your return at [returns.freedomravewear.com](https://returns.freedomravewear.com) and select "Defective / damaged" as the reason
- The $6.99 label fee is waived
- Email photos to [support@freedomravewear.com](mailto:support@freedomravewear.com) so our production team can review
- You can choose either a replacement or a refund (no other return is eligible for a cash refund)
Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
## International returns
International customers can return items for store credit but must ship at their own expense. We do not provide international return labels. Address your return to Freedom Rave Wear, 1280 Activity Dr., Suite A, Vista, CA 92081, United States.
International orders are not eligible for instant exchanges.
