How to Measure for Rave Wear
Grab a flexible measuring tape and take your measurements while wearing minimal clothing:
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor
- Waist: Find your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso, about an inch above your belly button) and measure around
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and backside, keeping the tape level
- Bicep: Flex your arm and measure around the thickest part (for sleeves and arm warmers)
- Thigh: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and measure around the thickest part (for chaps and leg pieces)

Rave Bodysuit Sizing
Our rave bodysuits are designed for a snug, second-skin fit that moves with your body. The 4-way stretch fabric provides flexibility while maintaining shape. If you're between sizes and prefer more compression, size down. Want a slightly relaxed fit? Size up. Most of our rave fam finds their true size gives that perfect balance of support and comfort for hours of dancing.
Tops, Hoodies & Hoods
Our tops and hoods run true to size with a slightly relaxed fit. The stretch fabric ensures you can move freely while still maintaining a flattering silhouette.
Bottoms & High-Waisted Pieces
High-waisted shorts, skirts, and pants are designed to sit at your natural waistline with a comfortable, stay-put fit. The wide waistbands won't dig in or roll down, even during the most intense sets.
Jerseys (Men's & Unisex)
Our hockey jerseys have an oversized, relaxed fit by design. If you prefer a tighter look, size down one. For the classic loose jersey feel, go with your standard size.
Sleeves & Arm Warmers
Arm sleeves and flare sleeves use the bicep measurement for fit. The stretch fabric accommodates a wide range, but check the bicep column above if you're between sizes.
Between Sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, here's the quick rule:
- Prefer snug/compression fit: Size down. The 4-way stretch will accommodate you.
- Prefer relaxed/breathable fit: Size up. Great for longer festivals and warmer weather.
- Bodysuits: When in doubt, go true to size. The stretch is built for movement.

FULFILLMENT: In-stock gear ships within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 9AM Friday or on the weekends ship the next business day.
TRANSIT ESTIMATES: Standard (3–5 business days), Expedited (2–3 business days), and Express (1–2 business days). Note: USPS/UPS/FedEx estimates are not guaranteed.
ONWARD PACKAGE PROTECTION: Opt-in at checkout to secure your shipment against loss, damage, or theft. This premium tier includes 6% cashback in store credit on your order and carbon offsets to neutralize the shipping footprint.
TRACKING & BACK-ORDERS: Tracking numbers are transmitted via email once the label is generated. Back-ordered items ship automatically at no additional cost as soon as they are available.
INTERNATIONAL: Duties and taxes are collected at checkout for Shopify Markets Pro destinations (DDP). For all other regions, local customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
LIABILITY: Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier handoff. Standard shipping includes limited liability ($100–$200); ensure your vault assets are fully protected by opting into Onward or contacting support for supplemental insurance.
ADDRESS ACCURACY: Verify your coordinates at checkout; packages returned due to address errors require a re-shipping fee.
Returns And Exchanges
WINDOW: Requests must be submitted within 45 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.
CONDITION: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and hygienic liners intact.
EXCLUSIONS: Final-sale items, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
PROCESS: Initiate all requests through the Returns & Exchanges Portal.
DEFECTIVE GEAR: Report damaged or incorrect items to support@freedomravewear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Care & Maintenance
CLEANING: Hand-wash cold inside-out with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and softeners to protect technical finishes.
DRYING: Lay flat to air dry in shade. Never machine dry or wring gear, as heat destroys elasticity.
HARDWARE: Wipe chains and harnesses with a damp cloth; dry metal thoroughly to prevent oxidation.
STORAGE: Bag mesh and fishnets separately to avoid snags.

I love sleeves!
Shrugs and bailen sleeves have become a huge staple in my festival attire. On top of the fabric being AMAZING QUALITY with good give, I usually wear small sleeves and got a L/XL to see if it would still fit bc S was sold out. So thrilled it did!!! Not as tight but still a great fit! And I don’t need a hoodie when it gets cold out since I started using sleeves.

I love love LOVE my sleeves from FRW. They're the perfect thing to add to any fest/rave outfit if you're someone who gets cold easily. They're so comfortable too-- the mesh isn't scratchy and their solid (for lack of a better term) fabrics are so soft! Even though these are out of stock at the time I'm writing this, if/when they're back in stock don't hesitate to take the gamble on what prints you'll get-- no matter what two are sent your way, they'll be amazing!
