Shipping
In-stock pieces ship within 24 hours when ordered Sunday 2pm to Friday 8am PT (next business day otherwise). Standard transit is 3-5 days in the US. Expedited and express options at checkout.
Back-ordered items ship automatically as soon as they’re back, no action needed. International orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. Make sure your address is correct at checkout: re-ships caused by an incorrect address are billed to you.
Add Onward package protection at checkout for 6% back as store credit if anything goes wrong in transit, plus a small carbon offset on every order.
Returns & exchanges
45-day return window for unworn pieces in original condition. Final-sale and customized items (custom combos) aren’t eligible. Returns are store credit only, started via our returns portal. A $6.99 return label fee is deducted from US store credit (waived for defective or damaged items); international customers ship back at their own expense.

Will keep me warm, fabric is soooo soft and stretchy
I can’t get enough of this print. The scarf is extremely soft and I like that it’s thicker. Will keep me warm for when it gets dark at festivals. Size is perfect and I love it soooo much!!!

Pretty pattern but the material is too heavy
The pattern is lovely but this scarf is not light, it’s super heavy and almost feels like a towel. Unfortunately will be returning :(
