Shipping
In-stock pieces pack Monday through Saturday. Weekdays before 6:30am PT leave that morning. Saturday orders before noon PT leave that day. Sunday and holidays pack the next pack day. Standard transit is 3-5 days in the US. Expedited and express options at checkout.
Back-ordered items ship automatically as soon as they’re back, no action needed. International orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. Make sure your address is correct at checkout: re-ships caused by an incorrect address are billed to you.
Add Onward package protection at checkout for 6% back as store credit if anything goes wrong in transit, plus a small carbon offset on every order.
Returns & exchanges
45-day return window for unworn pieces in original condition. Final-sale and customized items (custom combos and mystery items) aren’t eligible. Returns are store credit only, started via our returns portal. US returns ship free with a prepaid label; international customers ship back at their own expense.

- Hand-wash cold or machine wash cold on delicate, garment bag recommended.
- Hang to dry. Never tumble dry. Heat kills holographic + metallic finishes.
- Store flat or hung. Don’t fold sequins or rhinestones.
- Hardware (chains, rings, hooks): wipe with a dry cloth after sweaty events.
